Job ID:  4318 Company:  ACR Homes Application Type:  Seeking Full-time (post graduate opportunities) Job Title:  Residential Supervisor Description:  The Residential Supervisor (RS) is a live-in position that manages and maintains all aspects of the group home. The RS s responsibilities include supervising and scheduling the staff in the home (typically 10-20 people) managing the budget making and taking residents to medical and dental appointments interacting with parents, medical and county professionals maintaining the house and grounds working both direct care and doing administrative work (total of about 40-50 hours/week) and carrying a pager writing monthly and quarterly reports as needed making sure the staff and the house meet licensing requirements and ensuring that all the shifts are covered. The value of the salary, benefits, and apartment space typically brings the total compensation package to $45-60,000 per year. In addition to your salary you will also receive a $10,000 bonus after your first 2 years, and a $12,500 for every 2 years thereafter. It includes health care coverage for you and up to three dependents a generous 401K retirement plan your choice of either a Roth IRA or 529 college saving plan and a rent-free 2-3 bedroom living space (for the RS and spouse/family if applicable), typically a walk-out on the lower level of a rambler style home with most utilities paid by ACR.
